How does Zogo work?
Zogo works by rewarding you for learning! When you complete an
educational module, refer a friend to Zogo, or participate in a
community event you'll be rewarded with Pineapples. These
Pineapples can be redeemed for rewards in the Marketplace.
Our educational content is organized into Skills, which contain
Modules. Each Module is made up of about five snippets and five
questions. Completing an entire skill rewards you with a badge.
To navigate between snippets, simply tap on the right side of the
screen to advance, or the left side to go back. Once you've
started the quiz portion of a module, you won't be able to
return to the previous snippets until you complete the quiz.
Why do I need to confirm my email address?
Confirming your email address helps us to make sure any rewards
you earn are sent to the right place. It also helps us keep in
touch with product updates, community events, and more!
Why do I need to verify my account to get a reward?
Our account verification process prevents gift cards and other
rewards from being claimed by scammers, bots, and hackers. Because
the number of gift cards we distribute is limited, we have to be
careful to make sure they're going to our users, rather than
the bad guys.
What is Stripe verification? Why do I need to submit an ID to Stripe?
Stripe Identity
is a third-party identity verification service provided by our
partner, Stripe. This service allows us to confirm that your Zogo
account belongs to a real person by matching a photo of your ID to
your account details. This process helps us prevent bots,
scammers, and hackers from unfairly claiming rewards.
Follow these steps to get Stripe verified:
Visit the Marketplace tab in the Zogo app
Tap the Unverified account or Failed Verification button in
the top right corner of your screen
Follow the steps to submit a valid ID (U.S. driver's
license, non-driver ID card, or passport)
If you're not comfortable verifying your identity with
Stripe, that's okay! You can still learn and earn
Pineapples on Zogo, but you will not be able to redeem rewards.
What documents are accepted for Stripe Identity verification?
At this time, we can only accept the following documents for
Stripe ID verification:
A United States passport
A United States driver's license
A United States non-driver identification card
Please do not submit any other forms of documentation, as we
cannot accept them.
I'm too young to have a government-issued ID. How can I verify my account?
If you're under the age of 16, or are a minor without a U.S.
government-issued ID, your parent or guardian will need to provide
their ID for account verification.
Once your parent or guardian completes account verification, your
account will be able to exchange Pineapples for rewards.
Why can’t I use my ID to verify multiple accounts?
Because our ID verification process is designed to prevent
scammers and bots from making a large number of duplicate
accounts, we need to limit an ID to a single account.
If you are a parent or guardian with multiple family members using
Zogo, and would like to use the same ID for more than one minor
verification, please contact us at
support@zogofinance.com.
My account is sponsored. What does that mean?
For many users, rewards are supported by partnered financial
institutions, like banks or credit unions. You may find that your
Zogo account is sponsored by a partner in your area.
Sponsoring won't affect your Zogo experience, but a sponsor
may contact you with offers for their services.
What's the best way to earn Pineapples?
Referring your friends and family to Zogo is the easiest way to

How do I get more hearts?
When you lose a heart, a four hour timer will begin. Once that
timer is up, you will regain that heart. Each heart has its own
timer and will reset individually. To view the timer for your most
recently lost heart, tap the heart icon at the top of your screen.
You can also refill your hearts instantly by spending 500
Pineapples. You'll be prompted to do so when you run out of
hearts.
How do Streaks work?
A Streak point can be earned once per day by completing a module.
If you go a day without completing a module, your Streak will be
lost. The daily Streak timer resets every day at 7 AM Central.
After 7 AM, you'll be able to add another point to your
Streak.

cases, your email may have filtered it out of your main inbox, so

support@zogofinance.com.
Why aren't my gift cards restocking?
Gift cards restock every day at 12:00 AM Eastern time but are in
limited supply. If you aren't able to redeem your gift card
at that time, or if you're having other difficulties
redeeming rewards, please contact us at
support@zogofinance.com
.
Why was my gift card redemption flagged for review?
If your gift card was flagged for review, it was likely marked as
“suspicious” in our system. This process helps us filter out bots,
spammers, and other harmful activity. In most cases, legitimate
redemptions will be reviewed and approved by our support team,
though this may take up to 48 hours.
If, after 48 hours your gift card has not been approved, please
contact
support@zogofinance.com
to appeal our support team's decision.
Why can't I sign up with my phone number?
If you aren't able to sign up with your phone number,
it's probably because of one of the following issues:
Your phone number may be formatted incorrectly. Please submit
the number only, without added spaces or characters.
Your phone number is not a verified U.S. number. Numbers from
VOIP services like Skype or Google Voice cannot be accepted.
Your phone number is already tied to a Zogo account. Please
contact support for assistance.
Additionally, if none of the above describes your situation,
please contact
support@zogofinance.com.

we received your submission (meaning you didn't submit the
link to an old video) and you used the #Zogo tag, your Pineapples
will be automatically added to your account. If you haven't
